Origin Consolidation Protocol: Resolving Seller Central Conflicts
Bridging the gap between digital systems and physical logistics for a Hong Kong-based vendor.
“We were stuck in a loop with Amazon support for weeks. LogicMile understood the algorithm flaw and fixed it physically on the ground in one day.”

System Conflicts?
The LogicMile Solution
We engineered a “Compliant Consolidation Hub” strategy:
Hub Establishment
We designated a fully compliant consolidation center in Shenzhen as the official "Ship From" address, aligning the system data with physical infrastructure.
Cross-Border Feeder
We arranged a seamless feeder service to move goods from the Mainland factory to this hub, ensuring the cargo physically originates from the declared location.
System Alignment
We updated the Amazon booking template to reflect this verified supply chain path, eliminating the algorithm error while maintaining 100% policy compliance.
The Outcome
The booking block was resolved in 24 hours. The client can now generate shipping labels instantly.
This structure also allows them to consolidate goods from multiple Mainland factories into one shipment, further reducing per-unit shipping costs.
The Challenge
A Hong Kong-based vendor was physically shipping goods from a factory in Mainland China. However, their Amazon Seller Central account address was in Hong Kong.
Amazon’s algorithm flagged this discrepancy, preventing the creation of shipment labels because the “Ship From” address didn’t match the carrier’s pickup zone. The client was paralyzed, unable to book freight.
